Working Principle

Centrifugal impact crusher realizes crushing effect by collision and friction between high-speed rotation materials. This kind of machine can not only crush the stones but also can reshape the stones.

According to the feeding methods of materials, the feeding way of centrifugal impact crusher can be divided into complete center feed and center feed along with waterfall feed. According to the compressive strength and abrasiveness, its working form can be divided into "stone hit stone"and "stone hit iron". So, centrifugal impact crusher has four working forms, they are "stone hit stone" and "stone hit iron" of center feed along with waterfall feed, "stone hit stone" and "stone hit iron" of complete center feed.
