Working principle: The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. Materials enter into machine from the upper feed port and are crushed by the blow, impact, shear and grinding effect of high-speed hammer movement. A sieve plate is set in the lower part of the rotor. The products are discharged through a sieve plate if particles smaller than the sieve size, or they will be retained on the sieve plate and continue to be struck and ground by the hammer. Finally, products are discharged out of the machine through sieve plate.
