When the Raymond mill starts to work, we can feed the material into mill body from its feeding hopper. Depending on the grinding roller device hanging on the wobbler spindle, material rotates around the vertical axis, and the material itself is spinning. Because of the centrifugal force effect during the rotation, grinding roller moves outward and squeezes on grinding ring, so that scraper blade can scoop up material to the grinding roller and the grinding ring. Under the roller compaction of grinding roller, the material is completely ground.
After the material is ground into powder, the blower will blow the air into the mill body and blow up the powder. Then the powder is sorted by the analyzer. The powder with too-coarse fineness falls into the grinding chamber and is ground again. The qualified powder enters the cyclone collector with the air. After being collected, the qualified powder is discharged from powder outlet, which is called finished product. The air flow returns to blower through the return duct, and then discharged from the exhaust pipe to the small cyclone collector for purification treatment.
