Circular vibrating screen does circular motion, it is a kind of multi-layer, high-performance new-type vibrating screen. The circular vibrating screen adopts cylindrical eccentric shaft vibrator and offset partial block adjusting amplitude. It has the characteristics of long material sieve line length, more sieving specification, reliable structure, strong exciting force, high sieving efficiency, small vibration noise, durable sturdy, convenient maintenance and safe use. Circular vibrating screen widely applies in mine, building material, transportation for products grading. High screening and production efficiency: the phenomenon of the material plugging the screener hole is reduced due to the strong vibration of the screen box, so screening efficiency and productivity are higher.Simple structure and energy-saving: Because of its simple structure and convenient removable screen, the electricity consumption of screening per ton of materials is less.
The circular vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box, vibrator, suspension (or supporting) device, motors and other components. Motor drives vibrator spindle rotates through the triangle belt. Due to the centrifugal inertia force of unbalanced weight on the vibrator, the screen box is vibrated. Different amplitude can be obtained by changing the vibrator eccentric shaft.
